My passion has always been connecting with people.

After graduating with my Automotive Marketing degree in 1993, I continued my roles as owner and HR & engagement specialist in our family business. As of today we have over 700 employees and I see first hand the value of taking care of your employees. People need to be seen and heard.

I became an Insights Discovery practitioner in 2017 after seeing the need in our business to understand the difference in personality styles and how we could better communicate with each other. Insights is a powerful tool that gives each individual a greater sense of self awareness and then encourages us to go beyond our own communication style when working with others. Great leadership is not just about focusing on our strengths, but working on areas where we can better communicate with those around us.

In 2018 I became a clinical hypnotherapist after witnessing firsthand the power of this incredible tool. In 2011, my son who was 9 years old at the time, was struggling with Tourettes Syndrome. My husband and I took him to see a pediatrician who also happened to specialize in hypnotherapy for Tics. My son’s life has been forever changed as he is now symptom free.

I am also a certified coach with the Coaches Training Institute and with the International Coaching Federation. I began coaching in 2019. I specialize in business and relationship coaching. As a coach, I am here to support my clients and form an alliance with them while we work together as a partnership to create their best life.
